Papier d’Arménie Armenian paper is a type of incense that has been produced for centuries. The paper is infused with essences, fragrances or essential oils in order to achieve a perfuming or cleansing effect. They have an oriental soft powdery fragrance with balsamic notes and are made in France Simply tear off one strip & fold it like an accordion Light it, blow the flame out gently so that the paper does not burn but smoulders slowly & place it on its longest and thinest side in the ceramic dish. (Papier d'Arménie should always burn slowly). The booklet of papers has 36 strips and comes with a box of commucci matches & a handmade black ceramic dish.
