Delivery and Returns

In General

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice.

Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. COMMUCCI online store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.  You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to COMMUCCI’s online store. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. However, COMMUCCI online store will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded, neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced with the same type of product, subject to availability.  Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14­ day period following delivery. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stockists.

Orders must be placed by 1pm for next ‘working day’ delivery.

We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

Rules & Restrictions

We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

UK mainland orders

UK mainland orders received by 1pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for the next day delivery option and the following day for standard delivery.

Please allow two additional days for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas. Please note that some deliveries to Northern Ireland could be delayed by Irish Customs. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. Unfortunately for select post codes in specific rural areas we may offer limited delivery options. You will be notified of this at checkout.

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, our delivery company will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order ‘hidden’ at the address.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

Delivery Address

We’re sorry Commucci Online only delivers online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands).  We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode.
